Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Rovo Group, you will be a strategic and hands-on leader driving customer acquisition and performance marketing across two of our expanding business units, but with a primary focus on Assembly. You’ll manage a team of specialists across SEO, paid media, content, social, and operations. You’ll work closely with our Creative team, sales, and product to craft full-funnel marketing strategies, from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning 
  • Develop and own the growth marketing strategy for Assembly and Index, aligned to company revenue and acquisition goals.
  • Define channel mix and budget allocation for paid, organic, and partnership-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product stakeholders to translate business goals into clear marketing KPIs.
 
Campaign Management
  • Lead execution of multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, email, partnerships) to drive MQLs and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid media performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee the creation and testing of landing pages, creative assets, and messaging funnels.
 
Analytics & Experimentation
  • Own demand generation dashboards and reporting in HubSpot and GA.
  • Identify levers for growth through data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, LTV:CAC tracking).
  • Coordinate attribution modeling and lead scoring with sales operations.
 
Team Leadership
  • Directly manage 3-4 marketing specialists (SEO/Content, Social/Ops, Performance).
  • Hire and onboard a Demand Generation Specialist (Q1).
  • Partner with the Creative Director to ensure strong brand alignment and asset delivery. 
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-Have
  • 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B or DTC ecommerce.
  • Proven success driving full-funnel growth from awareness to conversion.
  • Deep expertise in paid search/social, lifecycle marketing, and SEO.
  • Highly analytical and performance-oriented; fluent in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools.
  • Comfortable leading a small team and collaborating across functions.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
