Organize and maintain accounting and financial documentation.
Archive physical and digital documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Update internal databases related to finance and administration.
Register expenses and financial transactions in internal systems.
Support the follow-up of invoices and assist with supplier payment processes.
Assist in updating financial tracking tools, including cost control and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial and budgetary management reports.
Contribute to the analysis of budget variances and financial trends.
Support basic forecasting and preparation of financial projections.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including organizing correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments (finance, administration, operations) on cross-functional processes.
Identify and propose improvements in administrative and financial workflows to enhance efficiency.
Must-have
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Candidates must be eligible for a professional internship (specifically IEFP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to learn and proactively contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, especially with finance, administration, and operations departments.
Proficiency in written and spoken English for internal communication is a plus.
