Finance Operations Trainee (IEFP Internship)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented young talent with academic background in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field to join our Finance team through a professional internship. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in financial control, expense management, account reconciliation, and administrative tasks, within a dynamic and collaborative business environment.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Documentation & Records

  • Organize and maintain accounting and financial documentation.

  • Archive physical and digital documents, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

  • Update internal databases related to finance and administration.

Transaction Processing & Expense Control

  • Register expenses and financial transactions in internal systems.

  • Support the follow-up of invoices and assist with supplier payment processes.

  • Assist in updating financial tracking tools, including cost control and bank reconciliations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial and budgetary management reports.

  • Contribute to the analysis of budget variances and financial trends.

  • Support basic forecasting and preparation of financial projections.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including organizing correspondence.

  • Coordinate with other departments (finance, administration, operations) on cross-functional processes.

  • Identify and propose improvements in administrative and financial workflows to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Candidates must be eligible for a professional internship (specifically IEFP).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Willingness to learn and proactively contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, especially with finance, administration, and operations departments.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English for internal communication is a plus.
