Graphic Design & Branding
Develop creative assets across print and digital channels, including presentations, social media, packaging, internal reports, marketing materials, and website content.
Create Rovo’s brand system, ensuring consistent application of typography, color, imagery, and layout across all formats.
Help define and update brand guidelines and design systems to ensure scalability and coherence across touchpoints.
Design Systems & Document Creation
Create and manage templates for company use (e.g., pitch decks, reports, internal communications, product presentations).
Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging layouts for professional documents and internal assets.
Support teams with on-brand assets that enhance clarity, professionalism, and impact in external communication.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life through design.
Collaborate with business units across Rovo, Index, and Assembly to ensure brand consistency while tailoring visuals to different audiences.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing a detail-oriented and brand-aware perspective.
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience in brand systems and graphic design across digital and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design trends.
Knowledge of social media best practices for graphic content.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, or Canva for collaborative or digital-first design workflows.
Interest in fashion and textile industry branding.
Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
