Job Summary
As a Logistics Specialist at Rovo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods within our operations, from suppliers to final delivery. You will leverage your expertise in logistics coordination and supply chain management to optimize processes, maintain schedules, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products on time. Your proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with suppliers and service providers will be critical in upholding Rovo’s industry-leading standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsabilities
Shipment Coordination:
  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and warehouses.
  • Check waybills, shipping documents, and transport-related certificates (e.g., AWB, BL, CMR).
  • Track shipments and resolve shipping errors promptly.
Supplier and Third-Party Management:
  • Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics service providers.
  • Support negotiation of shipping tariffs and pricing based on shipment volumes and forecasts.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update databases of customers, suppliers, and delivery addresses.
  • Assist with insurance claims related to transport issues.
  • Prepare shipping documents including transport documents, invoices and any other transport-related documents.
  • Calculate shipping, clearance, and storage costs.
Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in logistics and distribution processes.
  • Support efforts to optimize transport routes and resource allocation.
Customer Support:
  • Address internal and external logistics inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges through the company’s e-commerce platform.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-Have Skills
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations with a strong understanding of shipment coordination, inventory management, and supplier communication.
  • High school diploma is required, and education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools to track shipments, calculate costs, and manage logistics data accurately.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple shipments, timelines, and tasks while maintaining a clear focus on priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in logistics operations efficiently.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse teams and external partners.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with logistics software or data analysis tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in negotiating shipping rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or fulfillment processes is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities or unexpected challenges.
