Job Summary
As People Specialist you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding - from managing job postings to coordinating interviews and ensuring top candidates have a great experience. You'll work closely with our team heads to meet our growing hiring needs. Beyond recruitment, you’ll contribute to initiatives in onboarding, engagement, and HR operations. This is a role for someone who’s both people-first and process-driven.
Key Responsabilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear, accurate job descriptions.
  • Help enhance the candidate experience and recruitment processes.

Process Development
  • Collaborate with the People team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency of the HR department.
  • Regularly review and refine HR systems and processes to ensure they are streamlined, user-friendly, and effective.

Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. 
  • Handle exit interviews and offboarding logistics.

Employee Relations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses. 
  • Support a positive work environment by addressing issues professionally and confidentially.
Compliance and Record-Keeping
  • Ensure that HR practices comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to both legal and company guidelines.

Performance & Development
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and support employee development initiatives. 

Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-have
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation
  • Advanced level of English & Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Personio, or similar)

Nice-to-Have Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience in the fashion, textiles, or manufacturing industry
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
