Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Assembly, you will join our growing sales team and help scale our business across the Spain and/or Italy. In this role, you will apply your expertise in B2B Sales, and consultative excellence while building genuine partnerships and not only closing deals. Our most successful Account Executives are more consultants than traditional salespeople - they're curious, strategic, and deeply committed to understanding their clients' needs.

Key Responsabilities
Account Growth & Reorders
Maximize reorder revenue from existing accounts
Develop and implement account strategies to capture entire branded apparel budgets
Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key decision makers
Convert one-time orders into long-term strategic partnerships
Identify and capitalize expansion opportunities within enterprise clients to drive expansion
New Business Development
Lead targeted outbound campaigns in key cities, building and maintaining a pipeline of €50k+ opportunities
Travel to key markets for high-impact in-person meetings and presentations
Position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturing partner through strategic outreach
Rapidly engage with and pursue high-potential Tier 1 inbound leads.
Convert promising Tier 2 leads into Tier 1 opportunities through consultative selling
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Provide valuable market feedback to product and production teams
Play an active role in shaping and executing sales strategies
Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and deal progress within HubSpot
Work closely with marketing to drive targeted regional campaigns and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise
Track record of consistently exceeding quota and building long-term client relationships
Strong presence and ability to command a room during enterprise presentations
Natural curiosity and consultative approach to understanding client needs
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish or Italian (mandatory)
Willingness to travel to attributed markets periodically
Nice-to-Have Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in Hubspot and Asana
Deep understanding of brand building and premium positioning
Experience selling premium products or services to enterprise clients
Strong aesthetic sense and genuine interest in fashion and design
History of building and maintaining C-level relationships
Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
