Warehouse Keeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to join our team and be responsible for receiving, sorting, and managing inventory, ensuring that all goods are accounted for and organized according to company standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, supporting supplier processes, and ensuring that stocks are always up to date.
Key Responsabilities
Inbound Logistics
  • Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring accurate counting of each garment individually.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damages and ensure they meet quality standards and order specifications before acceptance. 
  • Pick up and sort goods systematically for storage and further processing.
      
Inventory Management
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all products to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory in our Warehouse Management System in real time.
 
Production & Order Preparation
  • Prepare goods for production flow, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
 
Warehouse Organization
  • Organize and optimize warehouse space in accordance with company rules and best practices.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with the site manager and supply chain, production, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-have:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Warehouse Operator, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory with accuracy.
  • Experience using inventory management systems and digital platforms.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize goods as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certificate to drive Forklifts.
Nice-to-have:
  • Previous experience in textile, fashion, or garment-related warehousing.
  • Experience with automated warehouse tools or ERP systems.
  • Experience handling equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
