Site Leader (Warehouse and Finishing)

Job Summary
As a Site Leader with a strong textile background you will be responsible for oversee and optimize our warehousing, logistics, and finishing operations. This role is critical in managing teams, coordinating production flows, and ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of our operations. Acting as the primary liaison for our Assembly and Index teams, you will drive operational excellence—from order processing and inventory management to finishing processes and transport route planning.
Key Responsabilities
Warehouse and Logistics Leadership
  • Oversee the separation and preparation of orders (picking process) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage inventory operations including stock reception, counting, organized storage, and appropriate material allocation.
  • Optimize warehouse layout to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Assign and monitor warehouse team tasks to achieve high productivity levels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for production and transport coordination with the Assembly and Index teams. 
Finishing Operations Management 
  • Direct finishing processes, including labeling, ironing, and garment repairs, to meet quality standards.
  • Define and manage the production sequence for customer orders based on priority and capacity.
  • Collaborate closely with the line supervisor to enhance process organization and operational efficiency.
  • Guarantee the application of quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Operational Coordination and Team Management
  • Receive incoming orders and issue clear work directives to the team.
  • Define and manage transportation routes.
  • Provide regular operational reports to management, highlighting performance, space requirements, and improvement opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications (Must-have/Nice-to-have)
Must-have:
  • Proven experience in the textile industry with a strong understanding of garment production.
  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and task delegation.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage production flows and capacity planning.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective coordination with management and cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in a multi-unit organization working across both B2B and D2C channels.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms for custom merchandise production.
  • Advanced knowledge of process optimization tools and integrated supply chain management.
